Our office sits in the Braga area of central Bandung, easy to reach from most parts of the city. If you plan to collect an order in person, message ahead so the team has it ready and can confirm opening hours.

Working hours for replies and the phone line are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Outside those hours the form still records your message; it is simply read the next working morning.

The office sits in central Bandung, close to the Braga corridor. If you arrive without a message ahead, the team may be in a stock or packing session.
What happens after you send
Messages are read by the product and editorial team, not an automated queue. The pace below is what we actually keep to on a normal week.
Simple stock and delivery questions get answered the same or next working day, with the product name, the current availability, and what delivery to your city usually involves.
Ingredient questions that need a supplier check may take a little longer. We would rather confirm the detail with the source than guess at a figure, especially for men's vitamin supplements where the mineral form and the listed amount both matter.
If you have not heard back in two working days, resend or call, since an email filter occasionally swallows first contact. A resend costs you nothing and we would rather answer twice than leave you waiting.
Every reply arrives by email so you keep a written record you can refer back to when comparing products or planning a repeat order.
Feedback and corrections
