About IndoVigor and how we work
IndoVigor exists because buying a supplement in Indonesia often means sorting through exaggerated claims and labels nobody explains. We publish the ingredient lists, the format, and the intended daily use, then step back and let you decide.
The people behind the catalogue
Who runs this site
A small editorial and product team based at Jl. Asia Afrika No. 8 in Braga, Bandung. We handle product sourcing, write the descriptions, and answer messages ourselves rather than routing them through a call center. That means slower replies on busy days, but the person answering actually knows the catalog.
Because the same few people write the pages and pack the orders, a question about a serving suggestion rarely gets bounced between departments. When a reader asks whether a natural capsule for strength and vitality can be taken with breakfast, the answer comes from whoever last checked that label.

Contact IndoVigorWhat gets a place on the shelf
How the range is chosen
We start with a shortlist of nutrients that have a clear role in everyday male nutrition: the B group, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, and a few plant extracts used traditionally for stamina. From there we look at ingredient form, dose per capsule, and whether the formula is practical to take once or twice a day. Anything that only works as a six-capsule regimen gets dropped. Simplicity survives real life better than intensity.
A nutrient with a job
Every entry has to earn its place in a daily routine for adult men: vitamins and minerals for men, B-group, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium. If the role of a nutrient is vague in our own notes, it does not go on the shelf.
A dose you can take
A serving has to fit one or two capsules. Formulas that ask a man to swallow a handful before breakfast are quietly removed, because nobody keeps that routine going through a working week.
A form on the shelf
Capsules and tablets rather than elaborate sachets, so a natural supplement for men is easy to pack for a commute or a shift and easy to explain to a customer standing at the counter.
Which compound, not just which name on the label. Oxides, citrates and chelates behave differently in a capsule and we note which one a product uses.
Listed as a real figure per capsule or per two capsules, never folded into a number that hides what is inside the blend.
One or two, with a plain note on when to take them. If the label asks for more, the product has to justify it in the same two sentences.
From raw material to finished capsule
What we ask suppliers
Where the raw material comes from, how the finished capsules are packed, and what the batch documentation shows. We want a consistent ingredient list batch to batch, not a formula that quietly changes every few months.
We also check that labels state amounts per serving rather than hiding behind a proprietary blend figure. If a supplier will not disclose that, we do not list the product. It is a blunt rule, and it means the catalogue grows slower than it could.
- Origin of each raw material, named on the page we publish.
- Packing method and the batch documentation that travels with it.
- A disclosed amount per serving, batch after batch.
Two plain sentences, or it does not go on the page
That is the whole standard. It applies to the way we describe energy and endurance supplements, men's vitamin supplements, and every other entry in the catalogue.
The information standard we hold
Same questions, same order, every page
Every product page answers the same questions in the same order: what is inside, how much per serving, how to take it, and what to expect realistically. No cure language, no promises about health conditions, no before-and-after stories. If a claim cannot be explained in two plain sentences, it does not belong on the page. This keeps the site useful for someone comparing three formulas on a phone during a lunch break.
What is inside
The ingredients in full, in the order they appear on the pack, with the plant extracts named rather than described in general terms.
How much per serving
One figure per capsule or per two capsules, written where you can compare it with the next bottle on the shelf.
How to take it
A time of day and a way to swallow it. Nothing that needs a calendar, a cycle chart, or a second bottle to make sense.
Editorial limits
What we deliberately leave out
You will not find invented statistics, awards we did not receive, or badges that mean nothing. We also avoid the vocabulary that makes supplement marketing sound like a prescription: words that describe illness, medical procedures, or guaranteed outcomes. That is a deliberate editorial choice, and it costs us some dramatic headlines. It also means the pages stay accurate after the marketing campaign ends.
- No writer-of-the-week offer that disappears from the page a month later.
- No ingredient described with a claim we cannot unpack in two sentences.
- No headline that a reader would have to unlearn after reading the label.
Where lifestyle fits
Sleep and food do most of the work
Supplements are a small part of the picture, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. Sleep, food, water and movement do most of the work. Our lifestyle guide covers those basics for a tropical climate and a full working week. The catalog pages cover the rest.
Read the guide first, then the catalog. The products make more sense in that order.
Boundaries
What we are not
We are not a place that examines, advises on, or provides care for medical conditions, and we do not dispense prescription items. We are a supplement information and retail site for adult men. The catalog covers natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and healthy lifestyle products for everyday use. If a question needs a medical opinion, we will say so and point you to a qualified professional rather than guess.
What we do
Publish ingredient lists, serving amounts, format, and intended daily use so you can compare products on your own terms.
What we hand over
Anything that needs a qualified professional stays with a qualified professional. We help you read a label, not interpret a symptom.
Corrections and questions
Contact and feedback
If an ingredient description is unclear, or a serving suggestion does not match what is printed on your pack, tell us. We correct pages when readers point out a gap. Messages about orders, delivery areas and payment options go to the same inbox.
What shows up on a product page?
The ingredient list, the amount per serving, the format, the intended daily use, and where the raw material comes from. If we would have to guess any of those, the page does not go live.
Why is a popular product sometimes removed from the catalog?
Usually a disclosure problem. If a supplier stops stating the amount per serving, or the formula changes without an updated label, the listing comes down until that is sorted out.
How long does a reply take?
Typically within one working day between Monday and Friday, 09:00–18:00. Busy weeks push it to two. The reply comes from a person who has the catalog open in front of them.
Which languages can I write in?
English or Bahasa Indonesia. Either is fine for questions about ingredients, serving sizes, or how an order is coming along.
Can I ask about a personal health situation?
We can explain what is in a product and how it is meant to be taken. We cannot advise whether it suits you personally; that belongs with a qualified professional who knows your history.
Where to go next
Read a label before a headline
Start with how we select products, then browse the supplement range with that filter in place. If something on a page still does not add up, write to us and we will correct it.
